Demystifying market research for communicators + Holiday Humbug Social

Lisa Covens, MA, CAIP, will demystify how to read and use a market research report. She will show participants what to look for in a report and provide tips how to buy/commission research. Which data matter in which ways for different kinds of organization? She will illustrate this by walking the audience through examples of recent market research reports conducted by Leger.

The one-hour session will include a minimum 15-minute Q&A with those in attendance, in addition to accepting questions during the presentation.
